Forth Green Freeport building team to drive transformational economic initiative for Scotland

Forth Green Freeport (FGF) has new and exciting job opportunities for talented people to join the CEO, Sarah Murray and consortium partners in delivering the FGF’s ambitious strategy for Scotland.

The two roles, which are critical to the success of the Forth Green Freeport are:

  • The Trade and Investment Manager will lead and deliver the strategy to attract domestic and international businesses to invest and operate within the FGF sites
  • Governance and Operations Officer is a key role supporting and advising on a range of FGF activities focused on governance and reporting

Forth Green Freeport (FGF) was announced as a successful Green Freeport bid by the Scottish and UK Governments in August 2023. It is one of Scotland’s two Green Freeports, centred around the industrial heartland of the Forth Estuary. The heart of FGF’s activities is maximising the potential of the transition to net zero across the Green Freeport sites of Grangemouth, Rosyth, Leith and Burntisland.
